A very flavorful drink. The fresh mint adds a lot of intensity.
Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
Directions:
1. Combine boiling water, sugar, and mint leaves; let stand 5 minutes.
2. Add raspberries and lemonade concentrate; stir till thawed.
3. Add 2 cups cold water and stir. Serve over ice.
