Super easy! Cooking time includes the marinating time. Ingredients:
16 ounces salmon fillets |
3 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette dressing |
Directions:
1. Pour dressing over salmon in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag, refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate. 2. Preheat broiler, remove salmon from marinade - discard marinade. 3. Broil salmon 4 - 6 inches from heat, 7 - 10 minutes or until done. |
