This is a great recipe for grilled chicken, very fun too...it turns the chicken pink. Also, wonderful with pork. Ingredients:
16 ounces raspberry vinaigrette dressing |
8 ounces fresh raspberries |
1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mash raspberries in a mixing bowl. 2. Whisk in dressing. 3. Mix in mint. 4. Marinade for 2-4 hours. |
