I found this in a pamphlet from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board. I have not tried it yet, but it sounds tasty and refreshing! Ingredients:
2 cups fresh raspberries |
1 cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed |
2 cups vanilla yogurt |
2 scoops vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Place raspberries and limeade concentrate in blender. Cover and pulse until chunky. 2. Add yogurt and ice cream. Cover and process until blended. Serve. |
