A refreshing alternative to regular ice tea. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups slightly defrosted frozen raspberries |
6 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 cup lime juice |
4 cups ice-brewed black tea or 4 cups ice-brewed green tea |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except tea in a food processor and process until very smooth. 2. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. 3. Whisk into tea. 4. Some people prefer more sugar Serve over ice. |
