This recipe, before I tweaked it a little, was snatched from the Favorite Brand Name Recipes, May 2010 cookbooklet, Smoothies and Summer Drinks. Ingredients:
3 cups frozen raspberries |
24 ounces lemon yogurt |
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk (2% fat) |
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender & process for about 30 seconds or until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy! |
