This recipe is from Scott's Seafood, slightly modified. For serving on ice cream. Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen raspberries, thawed |
3/4 cup triple sec |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Thaw raspberries and add triple sec to taste and add sugar. Ladle over vanilla ice cream and top with fresh whip cream. |
