RASPBERRY FRUIT FONDUE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wantier Estate in Balch Springs, Texas in 1988. Ingredients:
1/2 pint raspberries |
2 tablespoons sugar |
8 ounce package cream cheese at room temperature |
Directions:
1. Gently wash raspberries and drain well. 2. In covered blender blend the raspberries and sugar. 3. Strain through a medium sieve. 4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. 5. Beat in raspberry pulp until well blended and smooth then refrigerate. 6. Use as a dip for fresh fruit. |
