A recipe from Frangelico. I can't wait to give this a try!! Ingredients:
3 tablespoons frangelico |
8 tablespoons greek yogurt, heaping |
4 ounces raspberries, fresh |
2 sprigs mint, for decoration |
Directions:
1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Frangelico into the yoghurt. 2. Crush the raspberries with the back of a fork in a small bowl, and then very lightly marble them into the yoghurt. 3. Spoon into two bowls, decorate with the mint and serve. |
