From Pillsbury Bake-Off 2007 Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) box brownie mix |
1/4 cup flour |
1/2 cup butter |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup raspberry preserves |
4 teaspoons powdered sugar |
12 fresh raspberries |
Directions:
1. Heat oven 375. 2. mix brownie mix, butter, flour, egg & vanilla. 3. Let dough stand 15 minutes. 4. Shape into 24 dough balls. 5. Place on cookie sheet. 6. bake 10- 13 minutes. 7. Cool completely. 8. Spread preserves on 1/2 cookies. 9. Top with un-spread cookie, powdered sugar & 1 raspberry. |
