I cut this out of a magazine a long time ago. Nice flavors for a salad. Ingredients:
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar |
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam |
1 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients EXCEPT OIL in a blender or food processor until smooth. 2. With machine running, slowly pour in oil until mixture is thickened and blended. 3. Pour into bottles or jars. 4. Cover tightly. 5. Shake before using. |
