A Jello to make a plate have color. Ingredients:
3 ounces raspberry jell-o gelatin |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 can crushed pineapple in juice |
1 3/4 cups water |
Directions:
1. Put 1 cup of water and Jello into sauce pan heat until all dissolved. 2. Remove from heat and add 3/4 cup ice cold water. 3. Chill tell almost set. 4. about 30 minutes. 5. Mix in the cream cheese with a fork. 6. It can be somewhat lumpy. 7. Now add drained Pineapple and nuts. 8. Mix and Chill tell set. |
