I just found this on the Eagle Brand site! It sounds so good! Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 1/3 cups plus 1/2 cup sugar, divided |
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, at room temperature |
1 (14-ounce) can eagle brand® sweetened condensed milk |
3 eggs |
4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries |
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup whipping cream, whipped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In large bowl, mix flour, 1/3 cup sugar and butter until well combined. Press firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. 3. In large bowl, with mixer, beat 1 cup sugar, EAGLE BRAND® and eggs. Fold in raspberries; spread mixture over hot crust. 4. Bake until custard is set, about 40 to 45 minutes. Cool completely. 5. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over bars. Chill. Cut into bars. 6. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator. |
