This is such a good and refreshing dessert on a hot day. Good all year long, but especially good when it's hot and you want something refreshing. I got this recipe from my friend who served it at a baby shower last weekend. Read more . Yummy.
Ingredients:
raspberry crunch
2 small boxes raspberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
8 ounces cream cheese; softened
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Whip cream cheese, whipped topping and condensed milk together.
2. In separate bowl combine boiling water and gelatin then combine mixtures together.
3. Place raspberries in the bottom of a glass bowl and pour mixture over berries.
4. Refrigerate 1 hour then top with additional whipped topping and walnuts.
