I haven't tried this yet, but posting it so that I can find it again. Ingredients:
1 1/4 ounces white rum |
1 1/4 ounces chambord raspberry liquor |
1 1/3 ounces coconut cream |
3 ounces pineapple juice |
1 teaspoon whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a pina colada glass. 2. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry, add straws, and serve. |
