A fine tasting coffee cake! The cream cheese and raspberries give it a delightful flavor. So very good! It will be loved by family and guests. Ingredients:
2 sticks butter |
2 cups sugar |
2 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |

1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries |
1-3 ounce package cream cheese |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 egg |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. In large mixer bowl, with an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffly 2. Add eggs. 1 at a time, beating well after each addition 3. Add flour, baking powder and salt 4. Fold in sour cream and vanilla 5. FILLING 6. Thaw and drain raspberries 7. Blend cream cheese, egg, sugar and flour 8. Lightly mix in raspberries 9. Pour 1/2 batter into a greased and floured tube pan 10. Then add filling, then top with rest of batter 11. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean |
