This is a homely looking dessert with a big hug. Any fruit combo will do-use what you like. Ingredients:
10 g butter |
3 eggs |
2 ounces caster sugar |
2 ounces plain flour |
1/2 pint milk |
8 ounces raspberries |
Directions:
1. Lightly grease a shallow ovenproof dish with the 10g of butter. 2. Whisk the egg and sugar until pale and frothy. 3. Stir in the flour then the milk. 4. Pour half the batter mix into the dish 5. Bake at gas 6 for 15 minutes. 6. Take out and arrange raspberries on top of the batter; pour remaining batter around the fruit. 7. Return to oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden. 8. Serve hot sprinkled with a little extra sugar. |
