Here's a refreshing cooler for a late-summer afternoon. The cider is so pretty in a clear sparkling glass!-Pat McIlrath, Grinnell, Iowa Ingredients:
1 pint (2 cups) fresh or frozen raspberries |
4 cups apple cider |
mint sprigs, optional |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, crush berries. Add cider and mix well. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Chill. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired. Yield: about 5 cups. |
