A great way to enjoy a protein shake! Ingredients:
2 scoops 100% whey protein, chocolate |
8 ounces milk |
1 cup ice cubes ('6 cubes) |
1 cup raspberries |
Directions:
1. Mix in a blender on medium for 1 minute. 2. Pour into a tall glass. 3. Drink or eat with a spoon! |
