OH THESE ARE REALLY GOOD Ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix |
2-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats |
3/4 cup butter, melted |
12 ounces raspberry jam |
1 tablespoon water |
1 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Combine cake mix and oats in bowl. Stir in melted butter until mixture is crumbly. 2. Put about 3 cups of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan and press firmly. 3. Combine jam and water and spoon over crumb mixture; spread evenly. 4. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over surface. 5. Cover with remaining crumb mixture; make top even by patting firmly. 6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars. |
