This is sweet and spicy! Totally addicting and a huge crowd pleaser. This also makes a good topping for grilled chicken! Ingredients:
12 ounces pico de gallo (mild, medium or hot) |
11 ounces sweet corn, drained |
15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained |
1/2-3/4 cup raspberry chipotle sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix the Pico de Gallo, beans and corn. 2. Add 1/2 cup sauce. 3. Add more sauce, if desired. |
