Raspberry/Cherry Jello With Cream Cheese/Cool Whip Topping

My mother-in-law made this for us this Christmas. It's so good. I don't think there is anyone who wouldn't like this yummy dessert.
Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) box raspberry jell-o gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (3 ounce) box lemon jell-o gelatin
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip
Directions:
1. Mix jello & boiling water together until dissolved, add cherry pie filling and chill until set.
2. Prepare lemon jello according to box directions and chill until partially set (about 1 hour).
3. Beat lemon jello in mixer until foamy and add cream cheese, mix well.
4. Fold in Cool Whip by hand and spread mixture over layer 1.
5. Chill until ready to serve.
