RASPBERRY CHEESE SPREAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Malta Estate in Bedford, Texas in 1991. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt |
1/2 cup raspberry preserves |
1/2 cup green onion chopped |
1/2 cup unsalted cashews crushed |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and seasoned salt together and mix well. 2. Form cheese into a ball and place on a serving platter. 3. Spread preserves over cheese followed by green onions and nuts. 4. Serve with crackers. |
