This brownie recipe was on a package of Challenge Butter. I can't wait to try it. Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter |
2 cups sugar |
4 eggs |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 cups frozen raspberries (individually quick frozen not in syrup) |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Butter a 10x15 inch rimmed baking pan. 2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, and salt. Fold dry ingredients into creamed mixture, then mix until well blended. Spread mixture into pan. Sprinkle frozen raspberries evenly over batter and gently press inches Sprinkle nuts over the top. 3. Bake 20-25 minutes. |
