given to me by my aunt rosie. Ingredients:
1 loaf rye bread (whole, round loaf, not sliced) |
1 brie round |
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jelly or 1/2 cup preserves |
1/4 cup sliced almonds |
Directions:
1. cut center out of bread, but do not cut out bottom. Insert brie. Spoon jam over cheese. Sprinkle on almonds. Bake at 275 until cheese is melted. Cube bread that was removed from center of loaf. Serve with cubed bread. |
