Raspberry Bran Muffins

Great healthy breakfast, or afternoon snack idea.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1 cup milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup fresh raspberry
1 cup bran flakes
Directions:
1. Combine flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl beat eggs, milk and applesauce. Stir into dry ingredients.
3. Gentlyfold in raspberries and cereal.
4. Coat muffin cups with nonstick spray. Fill cups.
5. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
