This is very delicious! Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package firm silken tofu |
1 cup fat free soy milk |
1 banana |
1 cup raspberries |
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate |
Directions:
1. In a blender, mix tofu, soy milk, banana, raspberries, and orange juice concentrate. Blend until smooth. |
