Raspberry-Balsamic Mushrooms |

I love these as part of a salad...or straight out of the roasting pan :) Something I came up with to use flavored balsamics. I have also used Lavendar Balsamic with great success (leave out chili powder and replace with Herbs de Provence) Ingredients:
1 cup white mushroom, sliced |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon chipolte chili powder |
cooking spray |
1 teaspoon raspberry balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Toss 1st 6 ingredients in roasting pan. Spray w cooking spray and toss again. Roast 450 degrees for 15 minute Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic. Adjust seasonings. Serve immediately or cool and use to top a salad. |
