Cocoa powder adds MUFAs, the yogurt is rich in CLA, and the raspberries pack plenty of fiber to make this a guilt-free treat. Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain low-fat greek yogurt |
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 cup fresh raspberries |
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, cocoa, and honey in a serving bowl. Stir until blended. Top with raspberries. |
