A simple, simply splendid way to serve raspberries. Ingredients:
1 pint fresh raspberry |
1 cup whipping cream |
1/3 cup powdered sugar |
1/3 cup kirsch |
Directions:
1. Choose the ripest red raspberries. 2. Beat cream until stiff. 3. Gradually add sugar and Kirsch. 4. Lightly fold in the berries. 5. Spoon into tall stemmed glasses and chill. |
