Rasberry Buttercream Frosting |

This gives a fruity flavor to the usual buttercream frosting!! Ingredients:
2.5 sticks of unsalted butter |
1.5 cups confectioners sugar (sifted) |
a pinch of salt |
around 12 to 14 fresh rasberrys |
2 tbl spoons of rasberry jam or jelly |
Directions:
1. bine butter, sifted sugar, salt, and jam with mixer on low speed 2. 2. mix in the Rasberrys 3. 3.Turn the speed up and beat the buttercream until it is light and fluffy :) 4. 4.If you are not using The frosting immidiatly put in sealed container and refrigerate usualy lasts 1.5 weeks if refrigerated 5. 5.Frost your cake and i hope YOU ENJOY =) |
