This Moroccan spice blend is wonderful on lamb or chicken, from Gourmet magazine. You can triple this recipe and keep it in a jar with your other spices. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/2 teaspoon allspice |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Store in a cool dry place. |
