Rancho Sausage Supper

Easy, quick and filling. Great on a cold fall or winter night.
Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage
1 cup chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups stewed tomatoes
2 cups sour cream
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, fry sausage until pink color dissappers.
2. Drain.
3. Add onions and green pepper.
4. Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
6. Cover.
7. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
8. Serve with a green salad and rolls.
