Another quick and easy cheesy macaroni side dish from Campbell's Soup. Ingredients:
3 (10 ounce) cans condensed mushroom soup |
1 cup milk |
1 cup salsa |
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
6 cups hot cooked elbow macaroni |
1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Mix everything but the chips in a large mixing bowl. 2. Turn into a greased 3 quart casserole dish or 9x13 pan and bake at 400F for 20 minutes. 3. Stir and sprinkle chips over top before returning to oven and baking for another 5 minutes. 4. Serves 8 as a main dish or 12 as a side dish. |
