Good alternative to pasta salad. Makes a big quantity. I use cojack cheese. Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, cut into small pieces |
1 bunch broccoli, cut into small pieces |
12 ounces frozen peas (thawed) |
1 lb cheese, cut into small cubes |
16 ounces mayonnaise |
8 ounces plain yogurt |
1 ounce ranch dressing mix |
Directions:
1. Put veggies and cheese into a large bowl. 2. Mix mayo, yogurt and Ranch powder to make the dressing and pour over veggies. 3. Mix well and chill. |
