Ranch Tuna Melt Wedges

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups original bisquick® mix
1/3 cup boiling water
12 oz chunk light tuna in water, well drained
1/4 cup ranch dressing
3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1 small tomato, cut into 6 slices
3 slices american cheese, cut in half diagonally
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450°F.
2. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and boiling water until soft dough forms. Gather dough into a ball.
3. Place dough on surface lightly dusted with Bisquick mix. Roll dough into 13-inch round. Place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan; pinch edge to form 1/2-inch rim. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light brown.
4. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix tuna, dressing and onions.
5. Spread tuna mixture over crust.
6. Arrange tomato and cheese slices alternately in a pinwheel pattern on tuna mixture.
7. Bake 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
8. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): In step 2, bake 8 to 10 minutes.
