Ranch Taco Soup

This is a nice diet friendly, yet filling soup/chili.
Ingredients:
1 cup dried black beans, soaked overnight
1 cup dried garbanzo beans, soaked overnight
1 cup dried kidney beans, soaked overnight
1 cup dried red beans, soaked overnight
2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can rotel tomatoes
1 cup diced onion
1 cup sweet bell pepper, diced
2 ounces dry ranch dressing mix
2 ounces taco seasoning mix
2 lbs ground sirloin, browned
3 cups water
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
Directions:
1. cook beans covered in water until tender.
2. drain beans and add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. cook soup over medium-low heat until peppers and onions are soft.
