Ranch-Style Buttermilk Dressing (Light Version) |

Taken from the pages of Light & Tasty magazine, this is a great alternative to the higher fat versions of ranch dressing. Nice on a dinner salad or as a veggie dip. Ingredients:
2/3 cup 1% fat buttermilk |
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise |
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Whisk until smooth. 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. |
