RANCH SNACK MIX This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Elmquist Estate in Heath, Texas in 1981. Ingredients:
12 ounces miniature pretzels |
12 ounces bugles |
10 ounces salted cashews |
6 ounces cheddar cheese fish crackers |
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. In two large bowls combine the pretzels, bugles, cashews and crackers. 2. Sprinkle with dressing mix then toss gently to combine. 3. Drizzle with oil then toss until well coated. 4. Store in airtight containers. |
