These are campbell's ranch pork chops. I couldn't find it on their site, but I have it in a book that was handed out at the local grocer. Ingredients:
4 pork chops |
1 tbsp vegetable oil |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
14 g ranch dressing (dry mix! half the pkg) |
5 oz milk (half a can) |
1 tsp salt (seasoned) |
1 tsp pepper |
1 tsp paprika |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet and brown the pork chops 2. Once browned, add soup, milk, and HALF the package of Ranch dressing and mix. 3. Bring to boil. Once boiling, cover, lower heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through. 4. Sprinkle with paprika and serve (I serve it with garlic couscous and a salad on the side). |
