Great for carry-ins and other gatherings. Cool meal for summer days. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package medium pasta shells |
2 carrots, shredded |
2 shallots, diced |
1 (10 ounce) package bacon bits, to taste |
1 (16 ounce) jar ranch dressing |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta,carrots and shallots according to pasta cooking directions, drain and rinse in cold water. 2. In a mixing bowl mix pasta,carrots, shallots, bacon bits and ranch dressing. Cover and chill until ready to serve. |
