1 (12-oz.) package egg noodles |
1 cup diced lean ham |
1/4 cup butter or margarine |
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream |
1/2 cup ranch dressing |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain and return to pot. 2. Meanwhile, sauté ham in a lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp and fragrant. Set aside. 3. Add butter and remaining ingredients to noodles, stirring to blend. Divide mixture evenly among 6 serving dishes, and top with ham. 4.
