Ingredients:
8 ounce(s) elbow macaroni |
1/2 cup(s) milk |
3 tablespoon(s) butter, cubed |
1/2 envelope(s) ranch salad dressing mix |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic pepper blend |
1 1/2 cup(s) shredded colby & jack cheese |
1/2 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. In pasta pot, combine the milk, butter, dressing mix and seasonings; heat through. Stir in Monterey Jack and Colby cheeses until melted. Stir in sour cream. 2. Stir macaroni into cheese sauce. Cook on low for 3-5 minutes. |
