This is a very special Ranch sauce specially developed for those who love the taste but want nothing on the waist. Ingredients:
1. 500 ml of mayonnaise |
2. 1 kg of fresh yogurt |
3. 500 ml of white vinegar |
4. 1 cup of chopped celery leaves |
5. 1 cup of shredded parsley and cilantro |
6. 2 table spoons of dry mint |
7. 1/2 cup of chopped fresh or frozen dill |
8. 1 cup of diced onions |
9. 2 table spoons of crushed garlic |
10. 4 table spoons of relish |
11. 2 table spoons of mustard |
12. 1/4 cup of lemon juice |
13. 1/2 table spoon sugar |
14. 1/2 table spoon salt |
15. 1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. In a one gallon plastic container add yogurt, vinegar, onions, garlic, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper 2. 2. Mix with a hand held blender, then add the mayo, lemon juice and mix again. 3. 3. Add the celery leaves, parsley, cilantro, mint and dill and mix for 1 min again. 4. 4. Add the relish and mix for 1 min. Then adjust the volume to 3200 ml. with filtered water and mix again. 5. 5. Taste and adjust salt and sugar to taste. |
