Great appetizer and is done in advance and in a flash. Needs to be chilled. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix |
3 green onions, chopped |
11 flour tortillas (8 inches) |
22 slices deli ham |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and salad dressing mix until smooth. 2. Add onions; mix well. 3. Spread about 3 tbs of mixture over each tortilla, top each with two ham slices. 4. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. 5. Refrigerate until firm. 6. Unwrap and cut into 3/4 inches slices. 7. Put in small platers & decorate with parsley. 8. Cooking time has 1 hour chilling time. |
