From Dana Carpender's 500 Low-Carb Recipes. Have tried it with flounder.
Ingredients:
2 lbs white fish fillets
1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine
Directions:
1. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam.
2. Arrange the fish on the cookie sheet.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients, and pour over the fish.
4. Broil for 9 to 12 minutes, or until done.
