Great low-saturated fat recipe! Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup fat free sour cream |
2 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half (land of lakes gourmet) |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender or food processor. 2. Blend on high speed 1 to 2 minutes. 3. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to two weeks. 4. Yield: aprox. 5. 1 cup. |
