These turned out to be a delicious experiment with ground chicken. My husband gives this 8 out of 10. Next time, I would try them with a couple of slices of bacon on top Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground chicken |
1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 egg |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (plus more as needed) |
4 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients together. Form into 4 patties. spread additional bread crumbs on burgers if they are sticky. Grill until juices run clear. Serve on hamburger buns with your favorite burger toppings. |
