This is so good with mashed potatoes. Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 cup melted butter |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese |
3/4 cup corn flake crumbs |
1 (1 ounce) package hidden valley ranch dressing mix |
Directions:
1. Trim Chicken. 2. Mix cheese, cornflake crumbs and dressing together. 3. Dip chicken in butter and then coat with crumb mixture. 4. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 45 minute. |
