I have never tried coating chicken in Ranch dressing and found this to be surprisingly tasty. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/4 cup ranch salad dressing |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley |

Directions:
1. Mix bread crumbs and spices. 2. Dip chicken pieces in salad dressing, then in bread crumbs. 3. Cook chicken in a little oil over medium-high heat until outside is a golden brown and no longer pink, turning only once. 4. Can also be done in oven. |
